About Aidan (the author) – Brief background

I am one of those scientific anomalies… a creative with coding skills.

I Started freelancing as a Web Designer in my last year of high school. Studied IT Networking, Communications, 3d Game Development and Business while continuing to freelance design. I have since worked in Design/Web Development rolls for studios in Melbourne and London.

I recently started a business partnership of my own with a long-term friend and associate, and one of Melbourne’s top creatives. We’re called Jelly Head Media, and our aim is to provide well designed, affordable, search engine friendly CMS & Flash websites to small business and non-profits.

We want our client’s sites’ to do well so we also aim to educate them on how to create a web strategy and improve their website profiles. Both clients and the general public can learn valuable tips and tricks free on this site. It’s win-win, because the more you all know the easier my job becomes.

  1. hello aidan,
you have a nice blog! :D
i am sure gonna visit it now and then, now that i found it!

i found you and your blog via a forum thread about social bookmarking. i just wanted to say that the addthis button in your side bar is neither capable of bookmarking the blog url nor a blog post url. you have to modify the code to make it work properly.

you can learn how to modify the Addthis in a wordpress.com blog’s sidebar

    i hope this helps!!
